Home Detox
Packs – it’s the next best thing to spending a week at our
retreat on Koh Samui. While a detox program is ideally conducted
in a dedicated and supportive environment, unfortunately few of
our guests are able to schedule a visit to the retreat several
times a year, and also, most lack the support at home to
maintain their program. That is why we made the program
available to home users. Home Detox Packs have grown out of our
many years of operation of our Zen Retreat, during which we
received countless requests from our guests for pre-packaged
cleansing and detox kits that they could take with them back to
the ‘real world’. Happily, we are now able to respond to those
requests with easy-to-use, quality-crafted, affordable
cleansing, detox and supplement packages.
From our years of experience at New Body and Mind
and thousands of rejuvenated and happy clients, we've learned
what works and what doesn't. Now with Zen Detox, you can
continue to progress on the path to wellness every day of your
life. If you have spent seven or more days with us at the
retreat in the past, then you will be able to draw on the wealth
of information you received in the course of your stay. For
those who didn’t, to assure that it’s also a pleasant experience
for you, we’ve included a Home User Guide and Daily Calender
that explains some of the techniques that have proven successful
at our retreat in minimizing any discomfort and maximizing your
recovery.
While it may
be difficult to find the same radiant sunshine and
exhilaratingly fresh air back home that our guests experience at
our beachfront retreat, it is possible to give your body and
mind the proper nutrition, water, exercise and supplements for a
successful detoxification program. Our new Zen Detox product
line, used in conjunction with your personal regimen of

7 Day Home Detox
Seven is a
sort of ‘magic number’ throughout the realm of nature. Women's
menstrual cycles occur in four units of seven, as does the
moon’s orbit around the earth. It takes exactly seven days to
cleanse the entire bloodstream by fasting, and it requires seven
days to thoroughly rid the lymph system of toxins. On a larger
scale, it takes seven months to balance the endocrine system
through proper nutrition and exercise and seven years to replace
every cell in the body.
If you never
fasted before and seven days seems like just too much to handle,
or pressing commitments preclude having a week to yourself, then
begin with a three- or five day cleanse. Nevertheless if you are
capable we advise you to do the ideal 7 day cleanse.
